Northern Sonoma County Fire has officially welcomed 10 new firefighters to its ranks, increasing staffing at the Geyserville and Cloverdale fire stations and reinforcing the fire district’s ability to respond to emergencies across the northern part of Sonoma County.

Whitehead Legislative Conference. Nearly 800 IAFF members from across the country assembled to meet with members of Congress, lobbying for legislation that protects firefighter health, safety, and retirement benefits.

At the recent FireAid benefit concert in Los Angeles, legendary singer-songwriter Stevie Nicks expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Santa Rosa Fire Department for their courageous efforts in saving her Pacific Palisades home during the Palisades Fire. The Schell-Vista Fire Protection District is thrilled to welcome three new full-time firefighters: Mickey Breen, 54; George Norton, 30; and Jayden Filippi, 21.
